<p>This 16 horsepower Panhard has a wealth of history &#8211; here competing at Precott hillclimb in 1959 and it also took part in the very first revival of the Emancipation Run (dissolution ofthe red flag act for motorcars) to Brighton in 1927 and the actual wooden number board it wore for the &#8216;Old Crocks Run to Brighton&#8217; is still with the car.
