Whitehill Road in Cambridge has a happy tenant with a newly rebuilt leaded light in the front door to welcome them. Door lights work hard and this one was on the point of collapse and has now been fully re-leaded with new came ready for the next 100 years
The glass is a mix of unusual colours of ‘hammered’ glass type which was very popular for use in Art Deco styles
The customer returned home to view the rebuild and commented:- You did a fantastic job! – Payment done with many thanks.
